MTS Senior Architect

-Works on the most critical and complex projects that address a broad range of systems challenges, cross multiple domains and/or businesses, and are enterprise organization-wide, and require the highest level of technical expertise; vision, and business knowledge.
-Participates in planning sessions for highly complex or critical systems with clients, business analysts, and team members.
-Translates business and technical requirements into cross-discipline technology architectures and solution designs across multiple domains
-Influences the development of long-term technology strategy and planning for the entire organization
-Provides recommendations on system options, risks, cost/benefit analysis, and impact on cross-domain enterprise-wide organization-wide systems, business strategy, goals and processes.
-Researches, analyzes and assesses advanced and emerging technology solutions in multiple technology domains.
-Examine and evaluate technology vendors and/or their hardware/software solutions for strategic fit into architectural framework.
-Understands the complexities of the organization enterprise, assists in cross-organization screening, and contributes to retention overall.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
Participates on, and provides technical leadership/ consulting to, project teams, clarifying business needs and requirements, performing analysis, design, development, integration, and maintenance of highly complex systems across the enterprise
-Familiarity with application development, maintenance and familiarity with any the following technologies will be a plus:
Documentum, FileNet Content Services, EMC Legato, Exchange 2003, Domino, SQL, Oracle, Directory (LDAP, AD), SiteMinder, Identity Manage, WebLogic, SunOne, IIS / .NET, Blze, MQ Series, and Transaction Vision.
