Business Analyst – Hartford

Business Analysts have primary accountability for providing client support and consultation on the development of business requirements in the design and delivery of IT solutions; elicit needs for basic to complex buisness and technical issues, translae and document needs into understandable requiremetns, and manage scope and solution design to those requirements; work collaboratively with Enterprise Archtecture to deliver best possible requirements solutions by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, products, functions and processes, along with current and emerging IT products, services and methodogies; understand the goals and risks associated with the business and technical requirements and offer counsel on risk mitigation and the alignment of requirements with objectives; demonstrate a team orientation by working closely and effectively with customers, development teams and outside services; demonstrate solide skills in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies
